So we may as well accept it – just 10 weeks till Santa slides down the chimney, leaves a trail of mince pie crumbs all over the carpet, drinks all the sherry and rides off, over the limit(!!) to the next house. Non believers? OK,  but still only 10 weeks till you give socks and shortbread cleverly wrapped and disguised as Christmas crackers to your loved ones!
