All the way from Woking for Milo!

Milo rode all the way from Woking after recomendation to train with us, and, despite the weather, which was a mixture of sunshine (very little!) rain (lots!!) and, yes, even snow(!!!) he persevered, and made it in every day! Well done Milo for an amazing pass, what a great end to the week, now enjoy the ride and we hope to see you back in the futuure.  Tex (Milos dad) wrote a wonderful Google review, which pretty much says it all, so thanks to him too, and sorry we forgot to get a photo before Milo left: From the very first phone call with Lu at MTS Sussex (Motorcycle Training School), I knew we had found something special. We came across their website through recommendations and glowing online reviews, and everything we experienced only confirmed how exceptional this company truly is.
Lu was incredibly warm, professional, and reassuring from the outset. She treated us not as customers, but as parents entrusting our son’s safety and future to a team that genuinely cares. It became clear very quickly that at MTS Sussex, it’s never “just about the money.” They absolutely love what they do — and it shows in every interaction.
Their instructors (including Holland, who was outstanding) are knowledgeable, patient, nurturing, and absolutely committed to safety. They instil the understanding that riding a motorcycle is a joy, but that joy only comes when you ride safely, confidently, and with respect for yourself and everyone around you. That ethos sits at the centre of everything they teach.
Because the training centre was quite a distance away, communication was exceptional. We received updates at every step — when our son arrived, how his progress was going, when he was leaving, and when he was safely on his way home or back to training. As parents, this level of care meant the world to us.
And when he passed — after navigating the UK’s famously complex and multi-step motorcycle licensing system — they were every bit as thrilled as we were. Their encouragement, professionalism, and experience made the entire journey smoother, calmer, and far more bearable for both him and us.
Quite simply, five stars isn’t enough. MTS Sussex has been exceptional from start to finish, and we are deeply grateful.
