At MTS Sussex we believe in keeping it simple as well as fun, so you choose if you want to buy a voucher to go towards training or for a specific type of traiining, if you use your own email address you'll get the voucher to print out and hand to the lucky person or you can simply forward the email to them when you're ready, alternatively just use their email address and they'll get it straight away. The vouchers are all valid for 12 months, so plenty of time for that lucky person to pick a date ang get booked in. Set amount vouchers along with Taster & CBT vouchers can be redeemed online (or over the phone) all other vouchers can be used by giving us a call.
Please note: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non returnable. They can only be used against training with MTS Sussex on a value basis. If you use a voucher/s toward any training and pay the balance by other means, should you cancel the training, the amount refunded will be calculated minus the value of the voucher, and is subject to all cancellation fees/charges as per our cancellation policy which can be found in our terms and conditions. Training must be completed within 12 months of voucher purchase and cannot be booked for dates extending 12 months from purchase date, any rescheduling must be within the same period and is subject to our rescheduling T's & C's.
